Terms of Use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful recruitment, job-search, assessment, and related collaboration.

You may not scrape the service, bypass access controls, upload malware, impersonate another person, discriminate unlawfully, or use candidate information outside an authorized hiring purpose.

Candidates remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted profile and application information. Employers remain responsible for job content, interview notices, lawful processing, accessibility, and final employment decisions.

Scores, summaries, matches, and generated suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. They must be reviewed by a qualified human and must not be treated as the sole basis for a consequential decision.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Rawminds the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and display that content for the requested product workflow.

Only upload CVs, recordings, job materials, and other content you have the right to use. Respect confidential information and third-party intellectual-property rights.

The current service may change, contain defects, or have limited availability. Features labeled preview, demo, coming soon, or unavailable are not commitments to deliver by a particular date.

Rawminds may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, satisfy legal obligations, or address material operational risk.

Evaluation and early-access requests do not create a paid subscription. Before any paid activation, the written order form or services agreement identifies the contracting entity, service scope, fees, term, support commitments, governing law, liability allocation, data-processing terms, and any negotiated security requirements.

If those terms are not accepted by both parties, no paid workspace is activated and no subscription charge is due.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Rawminds may terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security threat, or discontinuation, subject to applicable law and any separate customer agreement.

Material changes are versioned on this page. Commercial terms remain in the signed agreement so the applicable entity, jurisdiction, pricing, service level, and liability allocation are explicit for each customer before paid use.
