AI-Assisted Decision Policy

Rawminds uses AI to organize evidence and assist people; it does not replace the accountable human decision-maker in a hiring process.

Effective 10 July 2026 · Version 1.0

Configured features may summarize CVs or interviews, suggest questions, structure job requirements, compare stated skills with role criteria, or highlight evidence for recruiter review.

Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. A score, match, summary, or recommendation is not a factual guarantee and must be reviewed with its source evidence.

Employers remain responsible for lawful criteria, accommodations, notices, candidate communication, and final decisions. Rawminds outputs must not be the sole basis for hiring, rejection, compensation, or another consequential decision.

Users must not ask the service to infer or act on protected or highly sensitive characteristics, create discriminatory criteria, or bypass applicable employment and data-protection law. Apparent bias or unsupported evidence should be reported and removed from the decision process.

Candidates may ask the relevant employer about the information and process used for a decision and may request correction of inaccurate Rawminds profile data through available account controls or privacy@rawminds.ai.

Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@rawminds.ai. Material changes will be versioned on this page.
